Its more that the share price and market cap is unable to sustain the rate or level of cash needed in the timeframes they are looking at to prove up this resource. So not sure exactly what the solution to this is yes they have made a discovery but no the market can't sustain a 4 well program over the next 2 years raising every 2-3 months.
