Farmers tend to be fairly clued up on what is going to cause them crop loss or animal husbandry issues. I know we used to call in the CSIRO travelling advisers for information on the year ahead and guidance.
Property developers are probably the closest cousins to politicians.. they have little concern for anything but their egotism, they are narcisistic, they are 9/10ths parts rat cunning and 1/100 parts glass jaw and you should count your fingers after shaking their hand if you dare.
