Housing estate has dragged commercial property down, some good some bad though most property trusts have got the ugly end of stick lately.
Probably no deserved. CNP is slow one movn up but at this stage until they start kicking some goals they dont look good until they call the Banks bluff.
MFS is interesting as its more shareholder sentinment that has caused a crash in its price. I really cannot see it going back to 200 quickly as most investors will want some confirmation on divi's and capital worth of the Co's they plan to split.
Personally I thing MFS got greedy and were prepared to put the shareholders at risk and devaluate their holdings. CNP on the other hand just got themselves into a hole through poor management and their debt not rollin over.
