In 2021 CUV was also facing the prospect of a second strike. How did they avoid it? The price rallied significantly, around 100% in a few months. I am guessing they have something up their sleeve to prevent a second strike this time around as well, in fact we already know that there is quite a bit going on now (finally seems like there is a sense of urgency at CUV). As I have been saying, it would be incredibly easy for them to get the price much higher based simply on the existing fundamentals and the lack of volumes traded during the day. With a more aggressive buy back (guessing they are currently preserving fire power for closer to the meeting), a few bullish announcements over the next few months, and so long as the broader market continues to behave itself, $40 or higher by the AGM this year would not be a very unrealistic target imo.
