If there is something material happening Jamie or any member of the Board cannot be buying or selling. Anyway, I think his holding is already significant enough.
The AGM was a great opportunity to speak to management and board members who were all present, and receive general reassurance that things are going as planned. They all took the time to speak with any interested investor but obviously cannot disclose any price sensitive information. Price sensitive information must first be formally released to the ASX rather than a public venue such as an AGM.
I agree greater showmanship may have made many readers here happier but I think the company is more interested in investors that have a longer term vision for the company rather than those prepared to trade on unsubstantial showmanship.
