Wouldn't worry too much about dilution due to the rights issue , unless you are after a quick trade in CMV?

Extra cheaper shares should more than compensate for price fall...although tax loss selling may clash with issue a little? Should be good longer term & an end year divvy would be well received :)

You will run the risk of missing out on the rights issue if you procrastinate too long, but up to you & your personal trading plan to determine your entry point. CMV may also spike on confirmation of the rights ex date...? Although I suspect the recent rise is due to punters getting on board for rights entitlements & future growth. Details & timing will tell the story here.

If CMV can add the acquisition at 'cashflow positive status for financial year it will be a huge bonus in managements cap....Well managed company imo....Just need to get lagging division up to scratch & we're away...

$AUD may drag us down marginally (Not sure of CMV's hedging/forward sales?)....but nothing to worry about if they can get the remediation division happening as predicted.

Got a feeling the rights issue will be renounceable anyways ......

Hope there's no problems with acquisition.....details seem to be a long time a coming :)
