Ok, so let's get the timing right here

A list of questions needs to be provided to the BOD prior to the AGM.... "questions on notice" otherwise they'll probs just ignore them by saying we didn't get notice. The list will need to dated and signed by a SH or a group of SH's I'd imagine, perhaps we need to look into this process more formally before submitting

In the Ann on the 7th they said the market will be informed of the companies strategies for going forward in approx 2 weeks... so hopefully we should have this approx 1 week before the AGM on the 24th. Then from that reply, if we have any unanswered questions a list should then be prepared and forwarded to the BOD ASAP to allow hopefully enough notice for them to give a response

So let's generate a list of questions now but of course edit it accordingly as per the pending company update
