This needs to be fleshed out significantly.

How many jigs do they have on site ?
    What is their max throughput?
Manner in which artisinal stock is paid for ?
Manner in which artisinal labour is paid for -retainer wage plus bonus based on recovery and how did MUS value that ruby recovery? What was $ cost of total paid to artisinals ?
    When are artisinals paid?
How many carats per ton were they getting through jigs? Yes the artisinals only bag the good gravel so revovery per t should be high?
Can MUS be sure gravel going through jig came from their land?

Where did the hexagonal crystal potch "ruby" come from as shown in DW pictures and where? Is that still considered secondary ?

Have they shut off bores and water supply to stop ongoing pilfering?
Have they removed pumps , jigs , generators and pipes?
Data from artisianl digging - can it be used in model or were they just doing it to get volume?

Why no large stones being recovered? Were artisinals pre jigging , sifting or washing gravel or was the gravel bed they were working containing little clay silt so larger stones were obvious and pilfered in pit?

Chain of custody of ruby from jigs to safes??

So many questions and ability for leakage or outright fraud.

What are they going to do now to stop pilfering while sorting out if they have a viable resource?

Exactly what equipment do they have on site that is owned outright - not on lease?
How much cash do they have ave as of today excluding amounts owed to creditors?
What are current monthly outgoings considering graphite drilling ongoing and ruby test augering assuming they own that rig?
