This was my first AGM and I came away with a favourable impression of the company. As others have commented, it was good that the board was prepared to listen, though I was expecting them to hang around for a coffee.

I voted against the remuneration report and the granting of the options for NC. These resolutions were carried with a margin of around 93%. I think there was enough pressure from shareholders to make sure they are working at creating shareholder value. What the company has achieved, so far is impressive. I love looking at the pictures of the LAMP, this is proof of the cos achievements.

I would seriously doubt that the LAMP would not be granted a licence, one of the points raised in the AGM. And if production gets delayed by a few weeks its neither here nor there.

I was so impressed I am even thinking of investing even more of my hard earned.
