You should not confuse Labor's infighting with a lack of effort and commitment from Kevin Rudd and Julia Gillard. Even those who have had worked closely with them and who were critical of them readily acknowledge their effort and commitment.
Thus far Tony Abbott has almost removed himself from communicating to mainstream Australians, making unilateral decisions behind closed doors as it suits while ducking and weaving for cover over the pollie rorts scandal.
As for Indi; the latest announcements that regional programs Labor had already approved and provided funding for will be scrapped, flies in the face of all that saturation Liberal advertising aimed at salvaging Mirabella's political neck.
