Guys, money handouts for them is not the answer. I suspect there is only one answer and that is in the long-term. Education right from kindy to Uni. So, a good 15 years. BUT we have to start first - with 3-year Guvnuts that is not likely to happen?
And they will need great, dedicated teachers willing to go into remote areas so the cost will be horrendous but, in the long-term, it will be peanuts if they can help overcome this sad problem.
