more than this, there needs to be a cultural shift in Alice that brings parents and elders to lead the riotous kids out of town and back to country. they need to remove the grog from being a central focus in their lives. professionals required to assist with this, so recruitment from Aboriginal alcohol/drug professionals in the regional centres is needed.
they need a real plan, not just short term bandaids.
