My understanding was that Sourcek designed omomyc and published her findings at that time (Probably in het excitement) then went on to patent the technology. It appears there is no doubt she created it but because she published details on the compound before it was patented that published information may now be regarded as public knowledge, somehow bringing the patent protection into question.
If pyc can find an alternative , or even more than one OMG is all i can say. May even see Bioexec buying in lol.
