It will be an interesting tussle between China and US. I have as a gut feel that the US will orchestrate something in Oct to support the USD (so they can print more money...). Unless there is a lot of momentum to push gold convincingly through the Feb high, POG could be managed into a major retrace. People have to be wary of this fat tail risk...

Though the upside will be that they will only have the chance for one go at it...
