Their liabilities arent mainly derived from loans.
All their liabilities are CURRENT liabilities. Hence why I capitalised it in my previous post.
The definition of CURRENT liabilities are liabilities which are expected to be paid within ONE year.
If their liabilities were mainly NON CURRENT liabilities e,g loans, IBL, I would agree but that is not the case at all
As far as Im concerned they are screwed. They are just delaying the inevitable. I would love to see how they can get out of this.
