Exactly right! Suing yourself, and asking your company (that you are a part owner of) to pay millions of dollars in fees, to hopefully get your company to pay out millions of dollars more in "compensation".
Think logically, what would happen to the company that you own? That's right - they will be paying out millions and millions, and report an even worse 2018 than 2017. What will happen to your share price? $1.40? $1.30?
So you'd rather get paid out something like $0.20 per share, and then have your shares drop $1.20?
Shouldn't be investing in the share market if that's how you make investment decisions.
