The disappearance of the middle class is not some "master plan" of billionaire bankers who have all benefited hugely from President Trumps tax cuts, but is simply the outcome of the normal processes of capitalism.
Every small and medium middle class business is in competition with it's competitors. Sooner or later the most ruthless operator takes over or bankrupts the opposition. A few get richer while most middle class join the working class competing for a dwindling supply of low paid jobs.
Meanwhile all those middle class jobs like accountancy etc just get exported to low pay countries. Like my mates company (building industry) doesn't employ anyone to quote anymore , they just flick the documents to some guy in the Philippines who does it for $7 an hour.
It's called "efficiency". Trump does it, just like every other capitalist.
