When I see people (ignorant?) starts a thread claiming sp is falling because of market manipulation without looking at fundamental, I tend to post and comment, no it’s not the case.
And before you asking fundamental, It’s trading on high market cap and the recent FDA rejection made this stock highly overpriced.
I would again say, the price is not because of shorter and if anyone see the shorter activity, it was there for a reason.
A lot of shorter are contrarian investors, their risk is far more than long investor and most of the time their analysis is on the spot. When they see highly overpriced stock with weakening fundamental they just jump in.
