Brryh, I have been thinking that ATH has no skills with antibiotics, nor with commercialization so everything must be done by Uniquest and ATH is only formally in charge of commercialization.

But now, after 1.5 years, several letters to the company, and no info of any kind about PBT2 during the 19 months, etc I am believing that ATH has given commercialization to outsider commercialization specialists, and in that deal, they had to promise not to talk about PBT2 a single word not to interfere in any way to these negotiations. Neither has Uniquest spoken anything, only the microbiologists have told their results in their publications and the prestigious Fellowship ( Dr. Neville) which is also public info. Many of us here on this board had this opinion for a long time ago.

If you compare the 2 investments done by the "Fund" and the possibilities of PBT2 helping the fund to get to its goal, I would estimate that PBT2 has maybe 100 x more qualifications than those 2 investments. PBT2 can prevent the bacteria to become resistant and not only treat these infections. IMO resistant infections are at present so prevalent anywhere antibiotics are used, that when antibiotics are used prevention of development of resistant bacteria must start when antibiotic treatment is started. So IMO PBT2 must be included in each infection. It may be not so simple, however, and must be proven ( the otitis study, perhaps as an example).

The only thing Stamler has told us is that this year will be "transformative". Nothing with ATH434 will make it, IMO but PBT2 will, IMO. It is perhaps the only thing he can tell us and this year will end in 5 months. My prediction is the "transformative" moment comes clearly before these 5 months have passed, in spite of we have used that the ATH news comes only at the last moment. Nothing will leak before that moment. But when he told us that 2022 will be transformative, he wanted to tell at least something.
