I have set one main goal - to find 3 multibagger stocks each calendar year (ie stocks that will triple at least over a period of 2 - 3 years from purchase).

Sounds simple - this gives approx 120 days/17 weeks on average to locate 1 stock ;) But usually means you need to find 3 (or 9 candidates a year) as 2 (or 6 a year) might fail to follow through.
