Goes both ways mickydoohan. I remember people laughing at posters all the way up to $2.95. Missed opportunity there. Easy solution, always use a stop loss, then you can benefit on the way up and on the way down.
The thing people under-estimated was the effect of the global market sentiment (they always do). 2008 will go down in history as a market crash. The ASX lost 50% of its value. Virtually no company escaped this. If this never happened I think MAK would probably be closer to $2 now, but of course thats all speculation.
