Why Rod?
So speculation can be reduced when the ann is made - the company would be seeking legal advice etc and we know how quickly lawyers can move... I encourage NKWE to take their time to tie up all loose ends to ensure there are no questions asked come ann time and I am sure that is there plan...
Only people I can see at the moment who would want a quick ann are the shorters. The delays are only helping the company tie everything up and that will in return strengthen SP - sorry for all those that are short and would like to see NKP trading, but better to have the stock trade on facts rather than speculation.
