It is a public holiday in SA today, The Day of Reconciliation. (how appropriate!)

I'm just guessing, but I doubt DMR worked on anything today. So an announcement tomorrow would indicate something that didn't require meetings with DMR today. I imagine it will be a revised statement of what has happened, and that they are still negotiating with the relevant parties. I doubt it will be earth shattering.
