Atomou,I think you might find that in UK the Police were given the power to fine buzz bikers who rode on canal towpaths and take their bikes for instant crushing. In Australia we are yet to witness the social stress that manifests itself in public to degrees not known of here(but we are closing the gap)and which many attribute to excessive population pressures etc. So it may well be that the overloaded legal mechanisms in UK simply cannot manage and perhaps the motorist has joined the ranks of the bikers. The times are still changing!!!
