it was ci on foxtel, with I think North Hampshire police.
They have a device in their car that records every car that goes past, if it is uninsured/unregistered it sets of an alarm for the police to follow them. Usually they same people have no license and have been disqualified etc. On the spot confiscation of the car for scrapping if they are the owner.
I am not sure on DUI )that is my slant)
Too often we hear of an accident the driver was banned from driving etc, innocent people harmed etc. This would be a great deterent
