    Hi noiprocs, one difference between Range and AOI is ..... AOI call the shots.

    Ergo ..... AOI can stall for as long as they wish whilst they make a few deals on the side!

    Range are no more than an investor, AOI are in control!

    A BIG difference ..... and I'm not surprised that you overlooked it!
