Spoke to NG today who confirms apg not directly involved in case other than as a benefactor should the appeal succeed. Also alluded to there being a win/win. Advised that progress at the pool going swimmingly and on schedule. And "can't talk about much else" other than there is lot's of interest being shown. Not sure if that related to wim or the wimming pool. jwt exhausted after another day in bed and too many pills
