the appliance works!

In one of my previous posts as one point of concern I mentioned the drama in obtaining a Somnomed appliance. Anyway, it's been nearly a month since I have been using it ... and guess what ... the appliance works!

Highly recommend it to anyone who snores moderately to heavily and they feel sleepy during the day with cat naps here and there or associated feelings of lethargy. It's worth asking your doctor about it and going through the rigmarole in obtaining it. Its a bit annoying to wear for the first 2/3 nights but you get used to it very quickly and now I hardly notice it in my mouth. For the last month I only need about 5-6 hrs of sleep a night instead of the 8/9 crappy hours I used to get. It's a really deep sleep and you end up awaking refreshed literally jumping out of bed at 5 am in the morning waiting for daylight to arrive (sound like a commercial don't I). Nonetheless thought I should mention it as credit should be given where it is due.
