I thought it might be beneficial to start a thread dedicated to the Approval Process for United Loan Guarantees, acknowledging the work of @PatientMan.

Looking at timing and context of the IER announcement of 07/06/2016, it would seem that the process is now at steps 4 & 5, and potentially moving into step 6. This goes to explain the absence of a positive announcement for finance in the meagre 17 business days that have elapsed since.
With step 5, I wonder if PwC cc's the report to the Bank (and/or) is the IER report a co-operative effort between KNL, KPW-Ipex & PwC. Has anyone asked these specific questions of KNL management?
