I did ask the company yesterday if they could advise if the application had been submitted to PwC (which we presume it has) and further if PwC had submitted a report to the IMC yet. I was advised they could not disclose a timeline and the market would be updated accordingly. I would presume the IER report is not cooperative, however given the action plan mentioned in the IER KNL obviously were consulted during its preparation, so some cooperation. These are just my thoughts, best to ask the company directly your questions and let us know how you go.
