The dilutionary effect a conversion event would have had would have been irreparably and enormously destructive to shareholder value. With that seemingly removed from the equation, it appears likely that it's only a matter of time before BBI provides shareholders with exceptional capital gains, and more than likely a very handsome dividend to boot.
