I must say David Hamill and management was a crucial factor in my investing strongly in BBI.

I have never before placed so much emphasis on management, in fact ,i could be accused of ignoring it in the past.

Probably because good management cannot save a bad company,i tended to disregard management, and just look at the company.

Now, if i like the look of a company ,i THEN examine management more carefully,and if both are what i am looking for,the better i like my chances.
