I don't see this as a problem at all. If APT has to raise capital sooner than expected then it's because they are experiencing growth faster than expected. Thinking about equity as an issue in this context is similar to saying you don't want to get paid a higher wage because you'd have to pay more tax.
For me a MUCH bigger worry for me would be a scaling back of any warehouse funding facility which would suggest lower than expected growth e.g. HUMMs recent announcement about a scaling back of their facility in the UK.
