Just when some of you are thinking evil Qantas are flying empty planes around, I was surprised on my most recent ride with Thai Air Asia X, SYD - BKK on the weekend. I secured a bulkhead seat at extra cost without really needing to. The boarding took an entire ten minutes before we pushed back. To my surprise, cabin crew said we had the forward cabin to ourselves, about ten of us in that cabin.
I love it because there's no crappy movies, no device charge facilities, which means no screaming kids!
