Don Beard and Stephen Mitchell you guys have been here for over a decade and have been through everything from gold exploration, oil exploration, accounting firms, company name changes etc etc.

I am glad that you see it my way. The old wood has to go. It has become useless and full of white ants my friend. These two cronies have been there since the year dot and, besides feathering their own nest, they have achieved very little in return.
