Have the directors etc shown extreme tenacity or self indulgence?

The art of war suggests that you unsettle your oppositions troops, feign weakness whilst possessing strength etc etc to undermine their position.

Interesting that as we get sooo close to our goal there are noises of revolution. Who will gain most from this?
