one advantage of early operating KMP (cant think of another non Chinese metal plant coming on line soon) is that if US delay or go with an alternate, we can fill void or outcompete
. I have been thinking about we can fill holes, eg ech continent needs one. They can have many or none. Question is, which companies will be the best in a competitive environment once running. I’m happy for the US to be slow whilst we are producing.. we can wipe out a fledgling with limited tech
