A welcome complicating factor: higher prices may justify processing of lower grades, higher capex ... But, on the price rise alone the resulting bump in numbers could be surreal / phenomenal. Eg, If my total costs per kg were $225, then: (2019) $250 price - $225 = $25/kg (10%) and [all else being equal] (2021) $750 price - $225 = $525/kg (70%). That hypothetical produces 20 x increase in the $ result. With large volumes, more valuable noughts may appear to the left of the decimal point: IMHO, DYOR
