The distance to trunk lines and users is a large capital expense, and I guess who pays for this infrastructure must have a large bearing on the valuations until the capital costs of the power lines has been recovered.
I sold out of GRK the other day to take some profit, and that in hind sight was a not such a good move,considering their location.
