Undoubtedly, with such vast amounts of capital flowing into our country there will be examples of unethical practices. With that said, over the following 20 years the entire East Coast-from Sydney to Cairns- will experience a boom of truly mammoth proportions.
On that note, I find it particularly interesting that the Chinese see so much potential in Australia. I wonder what they see that Australians do not?
