Booz as noted previously it is very similar to the Japan scenario of the late 80's where a mammoth top was created in 1990 and Japan has never recovered . It also makes me think that the major blow up /blow off top doesn't happen on property until 2020 .
Gold topped 1980 , Japan 1990 , nasdaq and many other markets 2000 . But 2010 seems to of missed the boat so could it be doubley as bad in 2020 with a mini crash in 2017 ?

I'm guessing they see their own market as having gone up to fast and to soon and are hedging by purchasing aussie and every where else as well . Japs did the same thing up to 1990 .
