Agree with Bloodwynch. A lot of the value ascribed when $3 was for bluesky (albeit imo valuable bluesky). This market won't pay highly for bluesky.
Also I am not expecting the International IPO until well into next year. Why would we, why would AOE mgmt want to give a large slice of that future away at a low value embrionic stage, in the current risk adverse market. Better for us that they acquire more acreage, get some low cost exploration and a few pilots underway, and then get the serious money just before the international business has started to get financially draining. I'd even like to see some token production from several of the JVs.
A premature IPO would be a great wealth transferal away from current shareholders.
