There is absolutely no way of knowing what Labs would have done had they been in Govt. They might have done better than the Libs (wouldn't be difficult) or they might have done worse.
Its merely hypothetical and, as Eagle above says, is a smoke screen to try to obscure Morrison/Hunt's failure to deliver.
