Going back further, beyond the Otsana placement, there's actually been a 1c placement that raised $200k and $402k placement @ 006 through Peloton Capital (former director, Geoff Barnes' private company) and also $$750k @ 1.5c, which was mainly taken-up by ASC Asset Mgmt (they were advising the company on their US o&g strategy). I'm guessing with oil prices plummeting, they got Otsana onboard for the raise plus director as it's become clear they want to start doing DD on some non-resource projects. Not sure if that means the monthly consulting fee with ASC will/has been terminated and if ASC will look to liquidate their position (they own a lot of shares!)

But buying at 004-005 seems pretty decent given in the last 12 months they've raised:
