would be an expensive deal i reckon......getting the vendor to "buy" the cash...........another line of thinking is............ a cashbox can look after existing holders, whereas, in a shell, its usually the holders can suffer, particularly long time holders, as the deal is made in the vendors favour........Holders can be winners, provided your onto it early
as you say.........who cares about the holders...........which is all the more reason to get in at around the price the smart money did
