A reflection of the number and reaction to recent deals that are being done I suspect. Not as many and even when they are being announced, not all are getting the same interest.

I cant speak for others, but less interest after listing means the shell deals credentials need to be really good for me to buy in these days. Still flipping a few these day, especially when its at or below cash - much lower downside risk, even if the deal isn't too good - hopefully the cash isn't diluted too much.
The good thing is, as mainstream interest wanes, more bargains might present themselves. Prices might not spike so crazy when deals are done, but better entry prices may very well be easier to come by.
