As I said to you mentor my observation with Cicero shells is that they will almost always trade up to the 2c+ area ahead of a deal VTX SRT WPI but wont really do a whole lot more pre deal maybe spike to 3.5c but end up settling in a 2.5c-3c level

Thats what Ive observed with all Matt Walker shells

This is why CAV I think will run towards 2c+ pre deal
