Virgo - I hold CMY and have read the AFR rumour news. Seems like they have clients and revenue. And it indicates it will follow the normal shell route of Acq news, prez pack release and promotion whilst due diligence period occurs. The article mentions a $22M MC post RTO and unlikely to have to raise cash as they will have a combined cash holding ~ $4M; the promotion has already started!
Now a small wait to see what the deal looks like.
