    IHS worth keeping an eye on............basically a cash box now, and raising 800k, so, will have about 1.6M in cash and 126M on issue.........
    the interesting thing is the keen buying, even though they are "ex"..........the price hasnt fallen back much, i'll be watching the market when new shares are issued................
    the register shows a whos who of the Cygnet "family".............previous stocks being GSC and CVE...........wouldnt be surprised to see this one get a shunt before long
