Someone is feeling optimistic with a sell order placed today for 61,212 shares at 2 cents and the buy side has stacked in the last few weeks, but still no news. Must be soon though.

I am still planning for the scenario of a small capital raising to help evaluate the opportunities and a price run up to 0.6 cents before the news comes out.

After that it will depend upon the potential acquisition. But given the time and effort invested in acquiring just this particular shell, then one must assume that it is particularly suited to the intended use. Most likely it is related to it being dual listed on the ASX and LSE markets.
